The Halo Infinite release date is already delayed from its original 2020 release, but now fans are calling for another delay after a recent update.
The halo infinite news is a story about the troubles with the latest update of Halo Infinite. Fans are calling for another delay after this update.
343 Industries said earlier today that Halo Infinite would not include two long-standing Halo features: campaign co-op and Forge, which have grown associated with the franchise. While these features will be added to the game at a later date, their absence at launch surprised many fans. So much so that a sizable percentage of Halo enthusiasts are speculating that they’d prefer to wait for the complete release to arrive at a later date.
A huge number of fans swarmed social media with their reactions after this important Halo Infinite news was revealed earlier today. The replies were mostly unfavorable, as one would anticipate. While some were ready to wait for campaign co-op and Forge to be released later, others demanded that the game as a whole should be delayed. If 343 can’t provide a “complete” Halo product on day one, then the game as a whole shouldn’t be rushed out.
For the time being, Halo Infinite is still set to arrive later this holiday season on Xbox One, Xbox 360, and PC. 343 Industries and Xbox Game Studios have said that a firm launch date would be announced shortly, but maybe the public uproar will force them to alter their minds.

Halo Boss’s Reaction to the Breaking News
The team is working hard to provide a fantastic Halo experience this Christmas season, and we strive to be open and honest with the Halo community at all times. Thank you for your ongoing enthusiasm and support for #HaloInfinite. https://t.co/uDvRXE0U15

Perhaps it’s just time for another pause.
It’s a disgrace. I’ll certainly hold off on playing the campaign till co-op is available.
All of this might have been prevented if they had just delayed it once more and given everyone the whole package at once. https://t.co/KVQMBYxD56

Treat Halo with courtesy.
Halo Infinite will be delayed.
The game is on its way to becoming fantastic, but I’m not having it with this half-baked nonsense. It’s Halo, for crying out loud! Respectfully handle the franchise. #HaloInfinite

This just seems to be getting worse.
It’s perplexing that Halo Infinite was released without a campaign co-op mode.
I applaud the team’s openness, but releasing the game without campaign co-op is worse than a delay in my opinion. https://t.co/36w6miYfWt

*Insert Rimshot*
After a year of waiting, Halo Infinite will debut without Campaign Co-Op or Forge. At this stage, the game may be titled after the development period.

Give 343 a chance.
For the record, we’re as disappointed as the rest of you about #Halo Co-op & Forge delays!
These elements will be missed, but we applaud 343 for taking the time to get them right.
And there’s still an incredible Campaign & Multiplayer experience coming on Day 1! pic.twitter.com/wCgIuN7tP4

My Personal Opinion
For example, 343 Industries is deliberately removing key Halo features in order to ensure that Infinite is released in 2021. Just put it off a little longer. More than everything, I want to play this game, yet I’d rather wait.
